Adrian Piotto, general manager, Busabout, HAGGiS and Shamrocker said, “Our philosophy is focused on providing loads of choice, flexibility and unforgettable experiences, all while having a great time. “One of the shared goals of our collective is to help travellers stretch their cash as far as possible. However, we don’t believe that budget independent travel is about doing it on the cheap.“It is about having the options that best suit travellers needs and budget. As independent travellers ourselves, we know how to make the most of our money while travelling, and so provide our passengers with as many great value options to choose from.”The product range has been updated across the board based on the feedback received from Busabout, HAGGiS and Shamrocker Adventures clients. Mr Piotto said, “The result is a more comprehensive program with 23 new itineraries, a 40 per cent increase in capacity and loads more inclusions. “We’ve expanded the Busabout Adventures range, which are guided trips, to include a seven-day Egyptitinerary, two eight-day Ibiza Island Hopper options and an eight-day Morocco adventure, which also offers the opportunity for a Morocco Surf Add On.” Mr Piotto said that due to popular demand the number of festivals on offer have also increased, giving travellers more accommodation and departure options for popular events such as Running of the Bulls, La Tomatina, Oktoberfest and, new this year, Las Fallas in Spain.  “Our Go East trips continue to feature off the beaten track destinations including the new seven-day Ottomon Trek from Split to Istanbul, the nine-day Classic Balkan Trek, the four-day Mini Balkan Trek and the six-day Balkan Trek. “All of the Adventures and Go East treks have been designed to perfectly link up with Busabout Explorer passes, giving travelers extra ease and flexibility while planning their adventure.“With HAGGiS Adventures, we have introduced two new ‘Off Road’ trips in Scotland, the four-day Great Glen and the six-day Lowlands, which unique experiences such as hiking, mountain biking and kayaking, allowing travellers not just to experience Scotland, but to do Scotland.  “These new additions demonstrate that we are listening to travellers and responding by giving them even more options for great, budget-friendly holidays.
